Music: Count Us In’s Celebration Day was a huge success, featuring hundreds of school students performing at Surfers Paradise on 7 November, and watched by over half a million people via our live stream.

This year’s event was hosted by the 2019 MCUI Program Mentor Jack River and MCUI Ambassador John Foreman OAM and featured live performances by Alex the Astronaut and one of our national songwriting competition winners, Amber Farnan.

You can check out photos from the day here. Plans for next year’s MCUI Program are already underway, we’ll be kicking off with the 2020 National Songwriting Competition opening next month. You can stay up to date with MCUI by watching this space or by following us on Facebook and Instagram.

Thank you to every school, student and teacher that contributed to Celebration Day this year.  We couldn’t have done it without you!
